Mr. Sasinthrarajah, a trade union leader from Lanka Division, initially struggled with public
speaking and lacked community recognition. However, after participating in our comprehensive
four-day training program and with ongoing guidance from CCT, he emerged as a respected
community leader and facilitator. He spearheaded the registration of a youth club, advocating for
equal rights and recognition. This initiative not only empowered the youth but also fostered
stronger ties with government officials, marking a significant shift in community dynamics.
