Dr. Joe William assumed duties as Executive Director in 2012 after being associated with the organization from its inception in 2003. He is a Founder Member and Currently the Chairman of the National Peace Council of Sri Lanka (NPC). He was formerly a Senior Development Officer of the Program Support Unit (PSU) of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and the Humanitarian Advisor to Caritas Sri Lanka (SEDEC).

Ramanusha Joined CCT in 2006 and has immensely contributed to development of many community level NVC practitioners. She is currently serving at CCT as the Training Manager as well as the Lead Trainer in NVC. She is also managing CCT’s operations of the Central Regional Branch.

She is a Women’s Rights activist & Member of Samathai feminist collective in Sri Lanka.
